This is going to be a multi question.. Any advice on any of it will help.
About a year ago, I got tired of doctors blaming my weight for all of the infertility issues my husband and I were having, so I started on a weight loss journey. I have lost over 180 lbs. I am currently 152 which is now a normal bmi for my height. Since losing weight, my cycles are relatively regular within a day or 2.. But I have had 3 miscarriages this year and one the end of last year. For some reason, I keep miscarrying very early.
Fast forward a bit, I changed doctors.. My previous doctor's solution was wait 6 months and try again. My new RE has tested my and my husbands genetics, and did a batter of blood clotting test on me. Everything came back good genetic wise, but I do have some clotting issues. This RE has decided since I responded slowly on femara to just start me on gonal f injects, progesterone after ovulation, and lovenox with a bfp.. also i am on a baby aspirin regimen..
My question is, have any of you ladies been in this situation where you have had multiple miscarriages, and another fertility med actually had worked for you, like injects?
Also, when I was on meds before I was much much heavier than I am now, and I am kinda thinking maybe I should have just done clomid or femara before the injects..
All of my miscarriages were from natural cycles, no meds, no monitoring, etc.. I do have a problem with very thin lining, the thickest I think it has ever been was 7mm..
Any advice, info please feel free to share.. I would love to even see success stories from gonal f
