Anyone else have the same thing?

Hi,

So I have PCOS and endometriosis. Admittedly it has been over a year since I had my last blood work done to check what my hormone levels are like, I have an appt next week with a dr. However I am having a few new symptoms that are worrying me and I am not sure whether they are PCOS related or not - my guess is they probably are... Just wanting to know if anyone has experienced these as well and if they are a cause for concern.

So for the past little while I have been getting swelling in my feet and my hands of a night time only and when I first wake up. It's my hands that are really causing me issues. My hands are so swollen that it is actually so uncomfortable it is waking me up of a nighttime. The cold seems to give some relief - I sat with my hands on ice for hours this morning trying to make the swelling go down.

Ontop of this I have been getting this odd thing happening intermittently for about 2-3 months now.
Hard to describe but here goes: 1. Feels like I am getting a surge of adrenalin shot through me, not the good type though makes me get all shaky and nautious and flushed. I get these when I am sitting down doing nothing to warrant it.
Other thing that happens is 2. I can be sitting or lying or standing etc. and suddenly I get this feeling like you do when you lie down then stand up to fast like a blood pressure drop or something but I haven't moved at all to warrant it happening. Gives me quite a painful feeling in my neck almost like my arteries in neck are constricting if that makes sense. Like a rush of blood to my head or something.
both of these happen randomly thought the day or night.

3rd Iv started having handfuls of hair fall out, not patchy though just thinning. I do know this can be to do with PCOS however my testerone levels last time checked were perfectly normal.

Also just in last month I have totally lost my appetite. I'm hungry but the Minute I take a bite I don't want to eat anymore makes me feel sick.

Any ideas or similar experiences would be appreciated! :)
