Hi! I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 14 (2002). I was started on Metformin and birth control (that I took til about the age of 22). The only reason I came off of the pill is because they took my brand off the market. I was then put on several different brands of the pill (which included Yasmin & Yaz). I finally said enough and shortly after I blew up like a balloon. Since then, I continue to have very irregular periods.
Fast forward to now...my husband and I have been actively ttc for the past year and a half with no luck. My dr just wants to put me back on the pill which I refuse to do. I'm not sure how I feel about Clomid so I have found Vitex. Have any of you tried this or Maca? What were your outcomes? Side effects? I'd greatly appreciate your input!
