Similar to my poll on progesterone, I'm curious when your doc stopped your metformin if you were taking it and if your sugar cravings went through the roof or if your skin/hair situation changed.
my background: my doc said I could stop anywhere between 9-12 weeks and that there was not enough good evidence that it did anything for GD and why tax my liver more. I've always had perfect glucose and insulin tests, metformin was just an attempt to see if clomid/femara could work better. It also turned out to make my skin WAY better with PCOS so I know it was having some effect :shrug: I feel weird about going off of it.
