So I'm just wondering what you all eat and how it effects your PCOS symptoms i.e excess hair growth *shudder*
Reason I am asking is because I think the type of food we eat has a massive impact on our body. For example eating sugar (chocolate etc etc) raises our insulin which in turn increases hair growth...
This past 2 weeks I have cut out all sugar and I have noticed quite a difference. I am plucking less and less hair!
I'm also trying to go dairy free which I believe is the cause of acne...
Let me know what sort of food you've cut from your diet and if it helps....
