hi all! I had a question concerning the Femara days 3-7 vs 5-9 routine. Does anyone happen to know the difference as to why an RE would prescribe Femara 3-7 vs 5-9?
I read a few places where someone called it a "cattle call" .. where your RE office likes for everyone to be on the same cycle weeks for monitoring , opposed to individual monitoring.
I have also read that 3-7 gives you more follies, and 5-9 gives you better quality follies.
Second, I have read that it depends on your luteal phase. How long or short it is???
Anyone have any ideas as to what works best with PCOS?
