No, really. What does a lifestyle change entail? I keep hearing and reading about lifestyle changes all the time yet I have no clue about what it is? I admit that I haven't always eaten healthy and I would like to lose more than 100 pounds. I know that this is a big undertaking and I get anxious and frustrated easily. How do I overcome the stress caused by the anxiety and frustration? I know that a lifestyle change will help, but what does that mean? I am worried that I will never lose weight and that is also causing me stress. I have struggled with my weight, especially the last seven years. What frustrates me the most is that my weight goes up and down. It is a sad thing to say, but sometimes I wish I was frustrated with the cause being a weight loss plateau. I'm sure it is frustrating, but it cannot be anymore of a pain than what I am dealing with. Where should I begin with living a healthy lifestyle?
