I truly believe based on symptoms my daughter suffers with PCOS. Need to find a sympathetic doctor to see her due to her young age and well being to get this diagnosed. I also truly believe her mother suffered from same without ever being diagnosed. I truly want to get a plan together to help her deal. Also iv'e been reading that diet can help. I do like to cook i tried following a link to recipes with no luck. Since she is away at college i thought it could help to cook her some meals weekly in advance so any recipes or links i welcome.
