Hi. Today I started 'm2 tone' tablets by 'charak pharmaceuticals' from India. Its a herbal medicine (known as Ayurveda). I have slightly lower estrogen levels, and this medicine should hopefully take care of that , it also claims to help with insulin resistance. Anyone has any experience using it?
