Hello, my name is Addy and I am 26. I was diagnosed with pcos at 19 in 2008. In these passed 7 years I have been in a committed relationship and ttc. Up until last November I had been trying several birth controls to regulate my cycles including pills and Nuvaring. With both I experienced abnormal bleeding. During those times I was also on metformin. After no luck and always feeling hopeless, not to mention having no real support from doctors, I decided to try an all natural approach. I used vitex first and had some luck with the abnormal bleeding but eventually it started back up. The same thing happened with berberine. I am now taking maca root capsules and using essential oils.
I'm hoping to connect and offer suggestions as well as learning new things and sharing support. This problem has made me feel incredibly alone and embarrassed.
