OK, I've read that your chances of multiples with Femara is somewhere between 5-10% -- slightly higher than the general population, and slightly lower than with Clomid. BUT, what about if you had a trigger shot with 2 mature follicles of nearly the same size? Wouldn't your odds of twins be higher than that, because the trigger would release both follicles? Obviously there's no guarantee that you would fertilize both and that both would implant, but still, it seems that the likelihood would be well over 10%. I would think the 5-10% numbers include everyone who got pregnant with Femara, including women who didn't trigger or who had only one mature follicle. Has anyone seen data on the odds of multiples when you trigger 2+ follicles?
