OPK kits

So last month I ovulated while being on 1500mg Metformin and Pregnitude. I am doing the same thing this month and I have yet to ovulate. I am just so confused. All of my OPK tests have been negative except for when I do the First Response at noon time. The test line and the control line is the same color. I would also test with the wondfo cheapies at the same time and those were negative. Last month I had blazing positives. This happened several days in a row. I tried temping but missed a few days so I'm planning on doing that again next cycle. Im on CD 24 which is when I o'd last time, so im a little confused.

Any thoughts? Does anyone have any specific OPK packs they like?
