Gratitude can change your attitude...or at least that's what I have personally found. There hasn't been any activity here for over 45 days, and I hope no one minds a newbie starting it back up!
I like to keep a gratitude journal for days when I am in a mood and can't seem to shake it, or when I'm so fed up with my body that I can't seem to get out of my own way...I just write 3 - 5 things that I am grateful for in that moment and ut helps to put a positive perspective on things.
