help

Hi, i have pcos and am sexually active i have known i have pcos for about 4 years or so. Me and my boyfriend of 6 years are usually very careful but we had sex in the shower awhile ago but we stopped because of our height difference it was hard. Well i was supposed to start my period Friday and didn't and had forgot to take my birth control on Friday, i usually never forget. So i took two test yesterday and they both said negative kinda quick it didnt seem to take the whole 3 minutes for it load. Please help
