Occasional sharp pains in vag canal @ 21 weeks

Hi all - I thought I'd survey you all and see if anyone has had this experience. Since 21 weeks arrived, I've been getting these occasional, sharp twinges in my vaginal canal, sometimes extending to my bottom. It comes and goes and isn't at all consistent - but it comes up often enough the last couple days I'm starting to wonder (and irrationally worry about things like IC). Little one has also been VERY active - vibrating, twitching, flipping, kicking, punching, etc., so I'd like to think it's a solid cervical kick, buuuuut....

any thoughts/experiences you knowledgable ladies up for sharing?
