I just had a surgery to remove what we thought was a 6.5cm cyst and it ended up being my right fallopian tube that had fluid so it had to be removed. I still have the left ovary and fallopian tube however that ovary has the "string of pearls" (from the last sonogram we did) my chances of conceiving are way more slim now. Has anyone conceived with only 1 ovary/tube? Thanks!
