Gonal f cancelled cycle and bleeding

I was on gonal f for almost a month doing injects. I started at 50 mg for the first 2 and a half weeks, then increased to 75 mg for 5 days and nothing was happening, I was then finally increased to 150 mg for 4 days. When I went in for my u/s she was optimistic and was planning on doing my trigger shot on the next day because how my follicles were, however when my blood work came back my estradiol levels were over 3000 and I overstimulated , so this cycle was cancelled. I have been in pain for the last week and it has finally started to ease but today a week from not taking anymore injects I started bleeding... is this normal? Has anyone ever had this issue before?

I called the dr and they said it could be my period based off of how I stimulated but I don't get my period on my own I have to take provera to induce it and then she also mentioned the possibility of a cyst. Any input would be appreciated.
