First spyshots of the 2017 Meriva, like the 3008 Peugeot, it seems to want to become more of a CUV, less of a MPV (then again, Opel has the Mokka for that crowd). Opel already announced that they are planing this for the next Zafira, but apparently also here.

The "Flex Doors" seem to have gone, another indicator of the less MPV like character. To me however the transition to CUV looks less convincing, somehow neither MPV nor CUV form the shape (kind of like the current Peugeot 3008), and with a strangely short wheelbase.
